Brook Lopez and Trey Lyles ignited a heated argument in the final seconds of the Milwaukee Bucks’ 133-124 victory over Sacramento Kings Monday night.
With about 15 seconds remaining, Giannis Antikonmo He slowly started dribbling the ball to run out the clock. It took a lot of people to get Lopez to dump Lyles, too.
Officials eventually separated the group. López and Lyles both had technical fouls and were sent off.
The Bucks then ran out the clock and sealed the win by nine points.
“I don’t know what happened, but we’re not going to take anything from nobody. Trust me on that,” Kings coach Mike Brown said. Via Jason Anderson from the Sacramento Bee. “And they’ll all be advocating for each other there.”
Lopez finished the night with 23 points and eight rebounds. Antitokonmo led the Bucks with 46 points and 12 rebounds. He shot 19 of 28 from the field, too. Milwaukee has now won four of the last five.
