First, get a sticky note and bookmark this page. Since I started developing material for this cookbook, I’ve made these cookies at least twenty times, but I’ve never made the intent to improve the recipe. In fact, this was the only recipe in this book that came out perfect the first time!
I’m not a proponent of “healthy” recipes masquerading as an alternative to “fast food”. I simply believe in real food, and this is really delicious real food, with just enough sugar and butter to satisfy any sweet tooth.
