Coinbase’s revamped retail platform and its new strategic partnership with Standard Chartered focused on providing a “seamless, secure and convenient experience” for customers, Hasan Ahmed, Director of Coinbase in Singapore, said in a blog post.
Notably, Ahmed provided a glimpse into Coinbase’s features, explaining possible doubts users had. In addition, the manager gave a brief explanation of the extensive catalog of resources called Coinbase Learning, citing:
We understand that investing in the crypto economy can be complex, which is why we created Coinbase Learning. Our comprehensive resource catalog is designed to educate clients about the crypto economy, as well as offer tips for safely navigating the market.
It is noteworthy that the company has upgraded its help center, taking into account the inquiries that customers have. The updated version of the Help Center is designed to resolve any doubts users have with a range of tools including live chat.
Further, Ahmed detailed the Initial Approval (IPA) granted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Coinbase under the Payment Services Act (PSA) that allows the company to provide regulated Digital Payment Token (DPT) services in Singapore.
