How to get rid of acne in your 30s, according to a dermatologist and cosmetologist

As if that weren’t enough, Suarez tells us that a diet rich in dairy products can also contribute to acne. You can help prevent acne breakouts in your 30s by following a balanced diet that limits dairy and refined sugars. Eating low-glycemic foods made with complex carbohydrates (such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables) can reduce your risk of acne.

What are the best ways to prevent and treat acne in your thirties?

Fortunately, Suarez mentioned that there are many things you can do in your 30s to prevent acne.
