Litecoin drops 10% in the way of

Litecoin is down 10% in its tracks – Litecoin was trading at $78,700 by 11:34 (15:34 GMT) on the benchmark on Wednesday, down 10.20% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since November 9, 2022.

The move lower pushed Litecoin’s market cap to $5.889 billion, or 0.54% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. Litecoin’s market capitalization is at an all time high of $25.609 billion.

Litecoin has been trading in a range of $78,700 to $85,400 in the past 24 hours.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a decline in its value, losing 2.88%. Litecoin trading volume in the twenty-four hours to the time of writing is $769.585 million or 0.85% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has been trading in a range between $65.1000 and $88.1000 in the past seven days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 81.26% from its all-time high of $420.00 on December 12, 2017.

Bitcoin was last at $24,526.8 on the benchmark, down 5.27% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $1,637.78 on the Index, losing 7.47%.

Bitcoin’s market cap was last at $477.519 billion or 44.15% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum’s total market cap was $203.300 billion or 18.79% of the total cryptocurrency market cap.
