Noni Madueki discusses ‘similarities’ to the Chelsea legend


New Chelsea signing Noni Madueki has named Eden Hazard as his favorite Blues player from the past upon completing his move from PSV Eindhoven.

Madueki never played professionally in his native England, but was born in London, and moved to PSV Eindhoven when he was 16 after stints in the academies at both Crystal Palace and Tottenham.

The 20-year-old is another key addition to Chelsea’s long-term recruitment target, dubbed ‘Vision 2030They continue to mobilize as many young talents as possible in hopes of developing them into future superstars.

Madueke is left-footed but plays right-footed.

“I started as a central midfielder and then moved to the right wing, maybe when I was 16 or 17,” the player told the club’s media in his first interview as a Chelsea player.

He was asked about his prominent ex-name Chelsea Player, Madueke finds Hazard due to the type of player he has been with the club and the “similarities” to his game.
