
Google Fitbit The products are great, but many of their best features are locked behind a paywall. However, Google is slowly but surely rolling it out to everyone. The latest feature to roll out to free users is the expansion of the health metrics dashboard, which will now display more basic information about you.
As part of its latest health-related announcements, Google announced some major improvements to the Health Metrics dashboard experience. Now, the app on your phone will show you historical and current data on things like breathing rate, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate, as well as oxygen saturation (SpO2) and skin temperature.

With this in mind, Fitbit has become a comprehensive tool, even for non-paying users, to check your current health/fitness status, going deeper than some other smartwatches. However, it comes as Fitbit is removing Community adventures, challenges and open collections.
Remember, the Fitbit app is not only compatible with Fitbit bands and watches, but also with google pixel watch, the first and latest Wear OS smartwatch from Google. So, if you have one, you can take advantage of this and many other features that the Fitbit app currently offers.
