English-Italian fashion designer John Richmond has worked with many celebrities, including critically acclaimed artists such as Madonna, the Rolling Stones, and Gwen Stefani. The fashion designer is currently shifting his focus to Web3. The new approach stems from the values that decentralization brings to the world.
According to Richmond’s tweet, there are a lot of similarities between the revolutionary Punk Rock movement and Web3 innovation.
“Just like the punk rock movement in the UK in the 1980s, it represents strong energy and a desire for change,” explains the famous designer.

The energy of rock and roll has always been about giving voice to the marginalized and oppressed, breaking boundaries and challenging the status quo. This is the same energy that drives the artists and people in the Web3 community,

Snoop Dogg joins Sheba’s army in style
While John Richmond’s previous collaboration deserves a star-studded lineup, he recently graced the cover of Vogue with Snoop Dogg. The famous hip-hop artist brought a touch of the West Coast to the art of fashion. Rebel street style mixed with a touch of vintage clothing is perfectly in line with John Richmond’s idea of experimenting with different styles, and the SHIB army gleefully featured Snoop Dogg in Vogue Magazine.
In response, some SHIB Army soldiers asked lead developer Shytoshi Kusama on Twitter if Snoop Dogg could perform at Ryoshi Plaza or Bark Park in SHIB: The Metaverse. Ultimately, SHIB: The Metaverse is an upcoming Web3 project by the Shiba Inu (SHIB) Developers Team. However, for SHIB: The Metaverse to go live, Shibarium, the second layer scaling solution must be launched first.
Looks amazing, sir. SnoopDogg at the concert at Ryoshi Plaza? #ShibTheMetaverse I’d be honored to have you! Am I right, #SHIBARMY? @ShibtokenShibTheMVShytoshiKusama Can we? can we?
