The Fighting Irish have yet to face a #1-ranked team, but they will have a chance to prove themselves against 20th-ranked Maryland before they take on Geno Auriemma’s team.

The Big Ten showdown is in the books next week, as Nebraska travels to Assembly Hall for a matchup with No. 10 Indiana. The Hoosiers had a great start to the season, defeating UNC to remain undefeated through seven games. Sitting atop the conference, Indiana is expected to stake the business against the Cornhuskers 5–3, however, an upset could provide some drama early in the big season.
Seats for the event are posted for a minimum of $25, which is a bargain to catch for a team likely to tour Deep March.

Los Angeles and Sacramento are enjoying their winning seasons in the NBA, with the Clippers and Kings ranked fifth and sixth in the Western Conference, respectively. When the two teams faced off in October, Los Angeles won 111-109 in what turned out to be a thrilling match.
The Clippers will be looking to stay ahead of their in-state rivals in the Western rankings, and if Saturday’s game sounds anything like their last meeting, it’s not to be missed. You can be in the building for just over $20, which is well below the average NBA ticket price for the week of $231.44.

Clemson and North Carolina will face off Saturday with the ACC title at stake. Both teams are heading to the conference championship on the heels of heavy losses, hoping to finish the season with some gear. While there are little to no college playoff implications, there is still plenty to play for as the Tar Heels offense faces a stingy Tigers defense.
